Bruno Bazin Tison is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end food services and restaurant management. Currently serving as Vice President of Systems Food Services and Corporate Executive Chef at Northwell Health since October 2017, Bruno has also held the position of Executive Chef at The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa since February 2003, where the focus is on showcasing the essence of Wine Country through simple yet elegant cuisine. Prior to these roles, Bruno gained significant experience at The Plaza in New York City, overseeing a large culinary operation and multiple renowned restaurants, and at other prestigious establishments such as Beau Geste, Ernie's, and The Pierre at the Meridien. Bruno holds two Bachelor's degrees from the Institut Technique des Metiers de L'Alimentation in Tournai, specializing in hotel management and culinary arts.
