Andre Civic is an experienced engineer currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Northvolt since April 2021, focusing on prismatic cell assembly. Prior to this role, Andre held positions as a Mechanical Design Engineer, contributing to equipment design and manufacturing engineering. From January 2019 to February 2021, Andre worked at Robert Bosch Manufacturing Solutions GmbH as a Product Owner, leading an international team in creating a new digital mechatronic engineering landscape and redesigning engineering processes.
