Todd joined the Northview team in early 2022 to support Northview’s Design & Construction department with oversight over various projects at The Boca Raton. Prior to joining Northview, Todd managed over $285 million of luxury Resort renovation projects, mostly in California and Florida owned by affiliates of Blackstone.

Todd attended the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
