Anna Forsyth possesses extensive experience in customer service and management, with a tenure at NWG (Northumbrian Water Group) since January 2011, progressing through various roles including Customer Team Manager, Team Leader for Litigation, Litigation Team Supervisor, Collections Advisor, and Customer Service Representative. In addition to their role at NWG, Anna has served as Company Secretary for FORSYTH K LIMITED since November 2015. Previously, Anna worked as a Contact Center Supervisor for Forest of Dean District Council from August 2005 to October 2010. Anna's educational background includes attendance at Lakers School from 1990 to 1995.
