Roger Stapleton has over 25 years of experience in the corporate and nonprofit sectors. Roger began their career in 1996 as a Senior Engineering Advisor for the Government Acquisition Office at Scitor. In 1997, they co-founded Paragon Dynamics and served as Chief Operating Officer. From 2006 to 2007, they were a Senior M&A Advisor at Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and President of the Board of Directors at Hope House of Colorado. From 2007 to 2013, they were Chief Systems Engineer at Sciolex Corporation and then Director of Programs / Operations at Northstrat Incorporated. From 2019 to 2022, they were Chief Operations Officer at Sciolex Corporation and President of Pernixus Incorporated. Roger is currently a Senior Program Manager at Northstrat Incorporated.

Roger Stapleton has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a post-graduate degree in Systems Engineering from the same institution.
