Kirk Porter, CFP® BFA™ has over 12 years of work experience. Kirk began their career in 2008 as Vice President of Operations at RJP Farms. In 2012, they moved to Gemini Fund Services as a Fund Accountant. In 2013, they joined First Investors Corporation as a Registered Representative. In 2014, they began working at LearnVest, Inc. as a Financial Planner. In 2018, they joined Northwestern Mutual as a Sr. Activation Specialist/Financial Planning Consultant. In 2019, they worked at Brightside as a Financial Advisor. In 2020, they started working at Edelman Financial Engines as an Investment Advisor and at Northstar as a Financial Planner.

Kirk has also obtained various certifications, including a Series 7 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in September 2018, a CFP® from CFP Board in July 2017, a Series 65 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in September 2014, an Arizona Life and Health Insurance from the State of Arizona in September 2013, a Series 63 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in October 2013, and a Series 6 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in September 2013.
