Arsalan Shahid has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Arsalan currently serves as a Principal Process Excellence Consultant at NorthStar Solutions Group, LLC, where they lead client digital transformation efforts using process mining technology. Arsalan maintains relationships with key decision makers, organizes internal pursuits, and contributes to proposal ROI strategies. Arsalan also develops and implements process mining training programs for clients.

Prior to NorthStar, Arsalan worked as a Customer Value Director at Celonis, where they maximized business performance and process improvements through the Celonis Execution Management System. This involved capturing source system event log data, analyzing bottlenecks, and driving actions and automations.

Arsalan spent a significant portion of their career at EY, where they held the position of Manager from 2013 to 2021. Their responsibilities included managing various projects and teams.

Before EY, Arsalan served as a Program Director at the Financial Information Forum (FIF), where they reviewed regulatory filings and determined the impact on broker-dealers, market data vendors, and exchanges. Arsalan also managed the FIF program office and prepared comment letters and market data capacity statistics.

Arsalan's earlier roles include being a Technology Consultant at Jordan & Jordan and an Instructor at Frontier Computer Technical Training Center.
