Darlene Crowder, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Darlene Crowder earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Industrial Relations from Central Washington University from 1982 to 1986. Darlene has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In December 2010, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Additionally, in May 2015, they received the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM. Darlene further enhanced their credentials by obtaining the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in May 2015. Darlene continued to expand their expertise by achieving the SPHR® Certification again from the HRCI in September 2017, and once more in November 2018, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
