Cassidy Carman possesses extensive experience in emergency response and claims management, currently serving as an Outside Property Claim Representative at Travelers since March 2022, following a role as a trainee in the same field. Concurrently, Carman has been a Paramedic with NorthStar EMS since April 2014, providing high-quality patient care and serving as a liaison among multiple agencies during emergencies. Previous roles include a Police Communications Operator at The University of Alabama and a Trauma Communication Center Communicator with Birmingham Regional EMS System, where Carman facilitated communication in critical situations. Educated at The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration, along with specialized training at Alabama Fire College, Carman demonstrates a strong foundation in both business administration and emergency medical services.
