Brittany Walser

Brittany Walser has extensive work experience in project management, business development, and customer relationship management. Brittany started working as a medical assistant at DCI Donor Services, Inc. in 2005 and then moved on to work as a customer service supervisor at JCPenney from 2006 to 2008. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at myFootpath as a call center supervisor and account manager.

In 2013, they joined HIMSS Analytics where they held multiple roles such as relationship manager, manager client services, and senior manager of professional services & support. In these roles, Brittany managed relationships between healthcare vendors and HIMSS Analytics database, trained and managed customer service representative staff, and managed client services general support staff to meet client satisfaction and retention goals. Brittany also developed and implemented business plans to improve growth, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and talent management. Brittany worked at HIMSS Analytics until 2022.

In 2019, Brittany joined HIMSS as a senior global partnerships program manager. In this role, they were responsible for project management for globe healthcare market suppliers. Brittany formulated and implemented operational plans and policies for the strategic direction of near-term performance targets as well as long-term strategic business objectives. Brittany also provided strategic partners with comprehensive Partner Business Plans to produce procurement offerings and drive partner-influenced revenue.

Currently, Brittany works at North-Star Care as a director of operations. In this role, they create and manages daily operations procedures in alignment with Six Sigma philosophy, encompasses North-Star Care's policies, budgeting, and purchasing. Brittany has skillfully executed projects from discovery to go-live implementation, including the development of HIPAA-compliant workflows, Salesforce integration, and third-party vendor relationship management. Brittany also innovatively spearheads business development and proposal efforts to optimize CRM and EHR platforms for enhanced performance and effectiveness.

Brittany Walser earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from East Carolina University from 2004 to 2008. Brittany has also obtained various certifications and completed courses on webinars, time management, customer service, contracting, and Six Sigma from LinkedIn and Lynda.com from 2014 to 2023.
