Josiah Littrell is an experienced professional with a robust background in training, management, and operations within the hospitality sector. Currently serving as the Director of Training at Northstar Cafe since December 2012, Josiah has successfully facilitated a comprehensive training program for new managing partners and coordinated multiple company-wide training classes. Previous roles include Managing Partner at various Northstar Cafe locations, where Josiah implemented innovative service models, collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, and significantly enhanced training processes. Josiah's experience also extends to positions in educational settings, including roles at Worthington Schools, UNC Charlotte, Duke University, Ashland University, and Emmett's Cafe, demonstrating strong leadership, project management, and team development skills.
