Dallas Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. Most recently, Hansen worked at Northstar Behavioral Health as a Clinical Supervisor IOP and currently as the Human Resources Director since March 2022. Prior to this, Hansen worked as a Treatment Director at Meridian Behavioral Health, a Counselor, and a Utilization Review Coordinator. Hansen has also worked as a Substance Use Counselor at Transitions-Recovery Programs & Services and as a Clinical Case Manager at Assistance in Recovery. Earlier in their career, Hansen worked as an Addiction Case Manager at Specialized Treatment Services and as an Addiction Counselor at RS Eden. Moreover, Hansen began their career at the Republican Party of Minnesota, working as a Phone Representative from June 2004 to August 2009.

Dallas Hansen earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Addiction Counseling from Minneapolis Community and Technical College in the years spanning 2007 to 2012. Later between 2011 and 2014, they went on to study Psychology at Metropolitan State University, from which they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree.
