Paul Conforti has a diverse range of work experience. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Purchasing Manager at Inca Plastics Molding CO., INC/ South Pacific Spas, where they managed purchases for the hot tub division and reduced installation costs by negotiating with vendors. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Missionary at Service Mission, organizing service projects in communities, developing leadership and teamwork skills, and training missionaries. Since 2010, Paul has been working at NorthStar Home, where they have held various roles including Purchasing and Inventory Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and currently, Director of Field Operations. In their role as Purchasing and Inventory Manager, they created an inventory system, managed purchases and inventory for numerous offices and customers, established new processes for shipping, returns, and warranty, and significantly reduced shipping costs. Overall, Paul has demonstrated expertise in purchasing, inventory management, and operations management throughout their career.

Paul Conforti earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Utah Valley University between 2014 and 2017.
