Nicole Ledford is a seasoned civil engineer with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Civil Engineer at NorthStar since January 2000, Nicole has developed expertise in various aspects of civil engineering. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as an Associate Engineer and gained experience as an Assistant Structures Representative at the California Department of Transportation in 2000. Educationally, Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Chico, completed between 1997 and 1999, and attended The George Washington University from 1995 to 1997.
