Britanie Breland currently serves as the Director of Nursing and Allied Health Division at Northshore Technical Community College, a position held since October 2023, following a year as the lead instructor at the Florida Parishes Campus. As the Co-Owner and Chief Administrative Officer of Breland Services 2 LLC since February 2018, Britanie has extensive leadership experience, previously holding the role of Chief Nursing Officer at Post Acute Medical and Clinical Nurse Manager at North Oaks Health System, where management of a centralized cardiac monitoring unit occurred from 2013 to 2016. Starting in nursing as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2003, Britanie has progressed through various roles, including Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Leadership and Management from Western Governors University and certifications in Public Health Education and Legal Nurse Consulting.
