William R Rothenbach Jr is a highly experienced RF engineer with a robust background in overseeing qualification and production testing of RF flight hardware as the Principal RF Engineer and RF Laboratory Lead at Northrop Grumman since January 2012. Previous roles include serving as a Senior RF Engineer for the GQM-163A Supersonic Sea Skimming Target Program at Orbital Sciences Corporation and as an Electrical Engineer focusing on telemetry transmitter systems. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Science in Engineering from State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota, alongside specialized training from the United States Army Chemical School.
