Todd Tilley

Todd Tilley possesses extensive experience in engineering, particularly within the defense and aerospace industries. Currently serving as Chief Engineer of Common Products/VMS at Northrop Grumman since June 2007, Todd has led various significant projects, including the integration of new SIGINT sensors and the Firebird program’s successful first flight. With a strong background in systems engineering, software development, and test automation, Todd has also held leadership roles in notable programs such as the X-47B/UCAS-D, where a historic unmanned aircraft landing was achieved. Todd's earlier experience spans several reputable organizations, contributing to major projects like the International Space Station, Australian military communication systems, and the Hubble Rescue satellite GN&C flight software. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and dual Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
