Stephanie F. has extensive experience in corporate citizenship and education, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Corporate Citizenship focusing on Strategy, Programs, and Communities at Northrop Grumman. Previously held roles include Program Manager for STEM Education and various positions in project analysis and engineering planning at Northrop Grumman. Additionally, Stephanie has experience as a Dissertation Fellow at the ECMC Foundation and as a Math Teacher in Spotsylvania County. Stephanie F. also coordinated Lean Six Sigma projects as a Black Belt at Serco. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of South Florida and a Master's degree in Human Factors from the Florida Institute of Technology, where studies are projected to be completed in May 2025.
