Jacob Palenske is an experienced communications leader, currently serving as the Director of Communications at Northrop Grumman since December 2020. In this role, Jacob manages over 50 communications professionals, overseeing all internal and external communication strategies for the company’s significant space business and its largest facility, Space Park. Prior to this, Jacob held several senior communications roles at Raytheon from May 2012 to August 2020, focusing on digital and content marketing as well as business communications and branding. Jacob's career also includes serving as President and CEO of NCompass Media, where significant revenue growth was achieved, and an early position as Assistant Project Manager at Business Software & Equipment. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/Mass Communication from Kansas State University.
