Lauren Helgeson is an experienced professional in the real estate and marketing sectors, currently serving as an Investment Sales Analyst at Northmarq since June 2023. In addition, Lauren has been working as an Appraiser Trainee and Research Analyst at Valbridge Property Advisors® since July 2021, where responsibilities include preparing appraisal reports, conducting research, analyzing data, and managing workflow for various projects.
