Colette Hebert is an experienced professional in construction project management and contracts, currently serving as Contract Manager at Northline Utilities LLC since October 2022. As President of dba CHM Hands On since February 2015, Colette provides construction project management services. Previously, Colette held the role of Vice-President at Northline Utilities, LLC from July 2006 to February 2015, where responsibilities included establishing relationships with electric utilities and commercial customers in the Northeast US, setting up an accounting system, and hiring staff. Colette also worked as Contract Manager at Hawkeye, LLC from November 2004 to July 2006, focusing on billing systems for large projects, and at Riggin & Diggin Line Construction, Inc. from October 1998 to March 2004. Colette earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Law & Contracts from SUNY Empire State College and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Legal Professions and Studies from Clinton Community College.
