Esther Berg Santos is an experienced Learning and Development Manager at Northland Properties since February 2020, previously serving as a Senior Field Trainer and Field Trainer with Chop Steakhouse & Bar from August 2014 to August 2023. In various roles at Chop, including Field Trainer positions at Moxie’s Grill and Bar and Shark Club Sports Bar & Grill, Esther demonstrated a strong commitment to team development. Esther holds a Level II certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust acquired in 2018 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso in 2007.
