Katie Taisey is a Network System Engineer at Northland Communications Company since July 2022. Prior to this, Katie served as a vCIO at Usherwood Office Technology from September 2021 to July 2022, helping businesses manage strategic IT goals and budgeting. From September 2020 to September 2021, Katie worked as a Tier 3 IT Engineer at Darkhorse Tech, Inc., specializing in troubleshooting and administration for various IT systems. Katie's earlier experience includes roles at CXtec, where responsibilities included serving as a Technical Product Manager, Unified Communications Market Champion, and Account Executive from November 2003 to June 2020. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Oswego.
