Paulo Diniz currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Northgate Resorts since July 2023, and previously held the position of Vice President, Operations at Northgate Holdings from January 2022 to August 2023. As a Private Equity Associate and Analyst, Paulo was integral to the investment process, involving activities from origination to documentation, while also focusing on financial planning and operations for the company's asset portfolio. Prior experience includes an Investment Analytics Analyst role at LGIM America, where analysis of fixed income portfolio risks and performance was a key responsibility. Paulo’s background also encompasses a position at Goldman Sachs in their Investment Management Division, as well as roles at StoneX Group Inc. and an internship at The AES Corporation. Paulo holds a Finance degree from Cedarville University, earned between 2013 and 2017.
