James Distelrath has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. James is currently the Director of Finance at NorthGate starting from June 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at EOS Worldwide from November 2018 to June 2020. In 2018, they were the Senior Director of Client Delivery at Invictus Group from January to April. From 2004 to 2009, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Clarkston Financial Corporation, where they played a key role in risk management, strategic planning, and the establishment of asset and liability management policies. Earlier in their career, they were the Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Paramount Bank from 2000 to 2004 and an Engagement Manager at Crowe, Chizek, and Company LLP from 1996 to 2000, providing financial and strategic consulting services to financial institutions and investment companies.

James Distelrath began their education in 1992 at Michigan State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in the field of Accounting. James completed their degree in 1996. At some point during their education, James also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in the same field of study at Michigan State University.
