Kenneth Tapscott III is an experienced professional in park management and construction, currently serving as the Assistant Park Manager at NOVA Parks since March 2021. Prior to this role, Kenneth worked as part of the Asphalt Crew at Martinsville City Public Works from February 2016 to January 2022, and as a Construction Foreman at The Anderson Company L.L.C. from April 2014 to December 2015. Earlier in their career, Kenneth held positions as a Driver for Bread Vender at Schmidt Baking Company in 2013 and as a High and Low Ropes Facilitator at Woodmen of the World from June 2011 to August 2012. Kenneth Tapscott III holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Ferrum College, where studies were completed from 2009 to 2013, and is a graduate of Liberty High School, having attended from 2005 to 2009.
