John G. Ferrari is an experienced finance and administration executive currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Administration (CFO) at Northern Virginia Community College since January 2023. Additionally, Ferrari is a Board Member at AAFMAA and a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute. With a robust background in strategy and financial leadership, Ferrari held the role of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at QOMPLX from November 2019 to December 2022, where responsibilities included financial modeling, accounting, and corporate structuring. Beyond these roles, contributions have been made as a Study Panel Member at the National Academy of Sciences and as an Advisory Board Member for GM Defense.
