Paul Syftestad is a seasoned project manager and consultant with extensive experience in quality assurance and software testing. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager in Capabilities Engineering at Northern Trust Corporation since December 2012, Paul has previously held roles such as Software Quality and Testing Manager at the same company and Lead Senior Consultant at Olenick & Associates. Earlier in Paul’s career, significant contributions were made at Heidrick & Struggles as Interim Director of Quality Assurance and at Deloitte Consulting as a Consultant. Paul began professional endeavors as a Business Systems Analyst at Aerial Communications, Inc. and as a Systems Integration Consultant at Information Management Associates, Inc. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA with a focus on Management Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago.
