Patrick Lynch has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Patrick started their career as a Project Management Intern at BMW in 1986 and worked there until 1988. Patrick then joined Fuji Electric Co., Ltd. in 1991 as an International Sales employee and worked there until 1995. After that, they joined Northern Technologies International Corporation (NTIC) in 1995 as a Project Manager. Within NTIC, they held various roles including Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning from 1999 to 2000, President from 2000 to 2005, and currently serves as the President & CEO since 2005.
Patrick Lynch earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Case Western Reserve University, where they attended from 1985 to 1989. Patrick later pursued a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, completing the program from 1997 to 1999. In 2008, Lynch participated in an executive education program on "Leadership Best Practices" at Harvard Business School. Patrick also attended The Wharton School in 2011 for an executive education program focused on "Corporate Governance - Best Practices for Directors." Additionally, Lynch completed their secondary education at Hawken School from 1981 to 1985.
