Donald Frangella, MBA, is a Human Resources Specialist at Northern Rivers Family of Services since August 2022, responsible for onboarding new employees, managing background checks, and providing benefits information. Prior to this role, Donald served as an IT User Services Specialist at Siena College from September 2013 to July 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment, training, and scheduling for a team of student consultants, as well as preparing performance-related reports. Donald holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Russell Sage College, completed in December 2023, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution, earned in June 2016.
