Jazmine Aguirre is a skilled professional with a strong background in case management and community health. Currently serving as a Clinical Case Manager at Northern Nevada HOPES since April 2023, Jazmine previously worked as a Community Health Worker at Community Health Alliance Nevada from October 2018 to March 2023, and as a Case Manager at The Children's Cabinet from January 2017 to September 2022.
