Elle Murrell currently serves as the Acting Media Manager at the Northern Land Council, an independent statutory authority focused on assisting Aboriginal peoples in the Northern Territory. Prior experience includes a role as PR + Communications Manager for Patagonia in Australia and Aotearoa, where the emphasis was on environmental advocacy. Elle coordinated communications for Climates AU Ltd, operated as Event Marketing & Outreach for the Transitions Film Festival, and was the Managing Editor for The Design Files. Additional editorial roles were held at various publications, including Kamihikouki Magazine, kyoto journal, and AFDM, among others. Elle is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at Deakin University, building on a robust academic background in journalism and communication.
