Taylor Behle, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resource Specialist at Northern Kentucky Water District since November 2020. Taylor has previous experience as a CSA at Aerotek and as a Human Resources Intern at Jurgensen Companies. Prior to these roles, Taylor worked as a Receptionist at Joseph Cadillac from July 2017 to October 2019. Taylor holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Northern Kentucky University and is pursuing a Master's in Strategic Human Resource Management and Data Analytics at the University of Kentucky.
