Hailey Oldfield is a Water Quality Lab Analyst at the Northern Kentucky Water District since May 2023, focusing on bacteriological analyses and algal monitoring. Previously, Hailey served as a Lead Sales Associate at Old Navy, achieving a promotion within six months and managing a high-performing department. Academic experience includes leading research projects at Coastal Carolina University, such as using environmental bacteriophage as an indicator for harmful bacteria and investigating the effects of coal power plant effluent on mayfly nymph survival. Hailey also worked as an Independent Researcher at Thomas More University, studying agricultural runoff's impact on green algae growth. Hailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Sciences from Coastal Carolina University and a high school diploma from St. Henry District High School.
