Bill Wulfeck is an experienced operations manager with a solid background in water treatment and management. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at the Northern Kentucky Water District since May 2023, Bill oversees the water production processes and ensures compliance with safety standards. Previously, Bill held the position of Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Erlanger, Kentucky, managing daily operations and implementing policies. With a significant tenure at SD1, Bill directed asset management programs and developed long-range plans, following roles as Operations Superintendent at Kentucky American Water and Operations Manager at Northern Kentucky Water District. Bill holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Northern Kentucky University.
