Oliver Leckie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and asset management within the water and construction industries. Currently serving as a Capital Project Manager and Estate Manager at Northern Ireland Water since June 2016, Oliver has successfully overseen project management, facilities management, and contract management activities. Previous roles include GIS Asset Data Technician, where Oliver ensured the integrity of the Corporate Asset Register, and Work Controller, responsible for managing daily crew schedules. Prior to Northern Ireland Water, Oliver gained valuable experience in the maritime sector as a Navigation Officer with Holyhead Towing Co. Ltd and as a Deck Cadet with Zodiac Maritime. Oliver's educational background includes a Master's degree in Construction Project Management from Queen's University Belfast and diplomas in Marine Operations & Management and Business Studies.
