Emma Stubbs is currently working as the Assistant Director of Private Sector Investment & Sustainable Development at the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. Prior to this role, Emma held positions at Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council and Antrim Borough Council, where Emma served in various managerial roles focusing on business development, economic and rural development, change management, and EU funding distribution. Emma has a postgraduate certificate in Enabling Business Recovery from Ulster University, an MSc in Sustainable Rural Development from Queens University Belfast, and a BA Hons in International Business Studies from Ulster University.
