Daniel Koenen has extensive experience in the food service and hospitality industries, serving as the Executive Director of Campus Dining at Northern Illinois University. Previously, Daniel held multiple roles at Sodexo, including District Manager and General Manager. Additionally, Daniel gained management experience at Marriott Hotels, where the role of Manager was undertaken.
