Matthew Le Gresley is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Steward at the British Columbia Nurses' Union since March 2021. With a rich background in nursing and healthcare coordination, Matthew has held various roles at Northern Health - BC since March 2016, including Nurse Analyst and Clinical Coordinator for Urgent Communicable Disease Response, where responsibilities encompassed program development and contact tracing during pandemic response. Previous positions include Community Health Nurse at Interior Health Authority and Registered Nurse at Kelowna General Hospital. Matthew began a career in healthcare as a Paramedic with the British Columbia Ambulance Service from May 2003 to January 2013. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of British Columbia, earned from 2013 to 2015.
