Marc Lawrence, CPHR, serves as the Executive Director of GoHealth BC at Northern Health since January 2021, bringing extensive experience in human resources management. Previously held the position of Regional Director for Employee & Scheduling Services at Northern Health, and served as HR Manager at the Regional District of Fraser-Fort George from December 2018 to December 2020. Professionally developed a strong HR foundation as Human Resources Manager/Advisor at Northern Health from September 2010 to December 2018, and as Human Resource Manager at AiMHi from August 2005 to September 2010. Marc Lawrence’s educational background includes a Certificate in Labour Relations from Queen's University and a CHRP from the University of Northern British Columbia, complemented by a degree in Business Management from Humber College.
