Lilian Tuhumwire Mubangizi currently serves as the Manager of Community Services at Northern Health - BC, where responsibilities include leading the implementation of strategic objectives and operational plans for community services. Prior experience includes roles as Training Program Manager and Research Associate at the University of Calgary, Senior Program Associate/Market-Shaping Analyst at Results for Development, and Research Coordinator at the University of Cape Town, managing key health studies and providing substantial analytical support. Earlier positions include a Data Analyst and Data Entry Clerk at the University of Cape Town, and a Public Health Associate with UNHCR, focused on refugee health services. Lilian holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of South Florida, complemented by an International Baccalaureate diploma. Further education includes ongoing training at Coach Academy.
