Bernie Paille is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, evaluation, and research. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Northern Health - BC since October 2021, Paille previously held the role of Evaluation Specialist at Northern Health Authority. With a background in academia as an Instructor at Camosun College, and experience as Site Manager for the Canadian Longitudinal Study on Aging, Paille has demonstrated expertise in managing research programs, previously working as Research Program Manager at the University of Victoria. Early career roles include Special Project Lead at the Canadian Institute for Health Information, Senior Research Manager at Ipsos Reid, and Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Paille holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Victoria.
