Shaun French is an experienced Commodity, FX, and Multi-Asset Trader currently working at SR Resources FZC since February 2023, after previously being headhunted by Ramatri PD for a trading role focused on base oils and gas oils. Prior to this, Shaun held multiple trading positions at Miracore and their own trading firm, specializing in discretionary proprietary trading and risk management. Shaun's background includes advisory roles in multi-asset trading at BidX Markets, as well as account management for energy and petrochemical commodities at ICIS. Shaun has also worked in various capacities within FX, commodity, and financial trading markets at companies like Global Derivative Capital Markets UK Ltd and Markit. Shaun is ongoing in professional development through The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and has a solid educational foundation from St Marks West Essex Catholic School.
