Francis Holicky, MBA, is currently the Senior Tooling Engineering & New Process Development Manager at Northern Engraving since May 2020. Prior to this role, Francis held positions as the Manager New Process Development at Northern Engraving, Lead Sales Engineer at Chart Energy & Chemicals, Inc., and Process Chemist/Project Engineer at Northern Engraving. In addition, Francis started their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at StoneL. Francis holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University and a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
