Sarah Friend BSc Hons ACII is an experienced education professional currently serving as Head of Mathematics at Northern Education Trust since September 2020. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Mathematics Teacher at NICHOLAS POSTGATE ACADEMY TRUST from September 2017 to August 2020, and worked as an English Language Assistant for the British Council from August 2016 to August 2017. Sarah's earlier career includes various operational and management roles within the insurance and retail sectors, starting as a Corporate Management Trainee at Allianz Insurance and progressing to Head of Operations at Next Generation Insurance Network. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Technology with Management from the University of Leeds and has a strong academic background in mathematics and languages.
