Judith Telford is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources and communications, currently serving as the Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of HR & Communications at Northern Education Trust since June 2013. Judith has held various leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources and Performance Director at North Shore Academy. Judith's earlier experience includes significant positions at Stockton on Tees Borough Council as Principal HR Business Partner and at Cleveland County Council in various payroll capacities. Judith is also a volunteer Trustee for 1 Excellence MAT from June to September 2017.
