Rosanne Kincaid-Smith, MBC, is currently serving as the Group Chief Operating Officer at Northern Data Group. Rosanne is responsible for overseeing the operations of the leading value generator of HPC infrastructure, sustainable crypto miner, and T3 Data Centre developer.
Prior to their current role, Rosanne held the position of Global Head, Data & Analytics at Refinitiv, an LSEG business, from 2017 to 2021. Rosanne played a crucial role in providing information, insights, and technology to drive innovation and performance in global markets.
Before their tenure at Refinitiv, Rosanne worked at HSBC from 2015 to 2017. Rosanne served as the Global Programme Manager, COO, and later as the Head of Transformation, APAC.
Rosanne also gained valuable experience as the M&A Business Partner at Howden Group Holdings from 2013 to 2015, as well as the Senior Partner, Specialty at JLT Group from 2010 to 2013.
Earlier in their career, Rosanne worked as the Director of Business Management at COFFEY GEOTECHNICS LIMITED from 2007 to 2010. Rosanne also served as the Operating Partner, Deal Infrastructure, at HBW Partners from 2002 to 2006.
Rosanne Kincaid-Smith, MBC, completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Applied Economics from the University of Johannesburg, where they attended from 1998 to 2000. In 2010, they pursued further education and obtained a Chartership from CIPD Qualifications, completing the program in 2011. There is no specified field of study for the Chartership program.
