Yichang (Claudia) Yin's work experience begins in 2014 with an internship in the HR department at Agfa. In 2017, they worked as a Project Manager at Women's Health Research with Chinese Medicine. From 2012 to 2014, they held two roles at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, first as Deputy Director of the New Media Center and then as Director of the Public Relations Department. In 2019, Yin joined NCIRE - The Veterans Health Research Institute, where they initially served as an Administrative Analyst before transitioning to the role of Operations Research Analyst in February 2020.

Yichang (Claudia) Yin's education history begins in 2012 when they enrolled in Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Yichang (Claudia) pursued a Bachelor's degree in German Studies and completed their studies in 2016. In 2015, Yichang also had the opportunity to study at The University of Bonn, specializing in German Studies.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Yichang joined the University of Southern California in 2016. Yichang (Claudia) pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration, which they obtained in 2019. During their time at USC, Yichang also earned a Certificate of Public Policy, which was awarded in 2019 as well.

Additionally, Yichang obtained a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy from the University of Southern California in April 2019.
