Feng Xia, MPH

Feng Xia, MPH has a diverse work experience in various organizations. From November 2015 to the present, Feng worked as a Programmer/Analyst II at NCIRE - The Veterans Health Research Institute and as an Epidemiologist/Data Analyst-Intern at the Georgia Department of Public Health from January 2015 to May 2015. In these roles, Feng used programming skills to analyze HIV/AIDS surveillance data, conducted statistical analyses, and presented findings to the respective teams. Prior to these positions, Feng worked as a QC/QA Chemist at KABCO Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from June 2011 to January 2013, performing quality control and quality assurance testing on pharmaceutical products. Additionally, Feng gained experience as a Bilingual telephone interviewer at the Universal Survey Center from February 2011 to June 2011. Feng also has teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Oklahoma from August 2008 to May 2010, contributing to research projects, supporting graduate research, and teaching lab techniques.

Feng Xia, MPH, pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Bioengineering from Jilin University, completing it in the years 2004 to 2008. Following that, from 2008 to 2010, Feng Xia pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemistry from the University of Oklahoma. Finally, to further enhance their education, Feng Xia completed a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree, specializing in Public Health, from The University of Georgia between 2013 and 2015.
