Mary Gaines (Bowers) has extensive work experience in human resources and project management. Mary is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Northern Biomedical Research. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Director at the same company.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Mary also obtained the Everything DiSC® Certification from Wiley Workplace Learning in March 2023.
